The birth of L & PM Facoory & Son marks the start of the family business, grounded in traditional craftsmanship and a commitment to lasting quality.

Gem was born

Dale joined his father in the business at the tender age of 14 in 1975, and became a tradesperson, and managed all of the onsite measures and installs up until his well-deserved retirement in June of 2023.

With various moves between factories whilst growing the business, Les built in Paramatta Rd, Underwood where we still are today

With a strong commitment to craftsmanship and service, Shane joined the business, bringing hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering quality cabinetry built to last.

Gem joins the family cabinetry business, continuing the legacy her father began and bringing fresh perspective while upholding the craftsmanship and values it was built on.

Kyle a qualified tradesperson, looks after client measures, along with drawing and processing of the cabinetry from the office to the factory floor.

With Dale’s retirement Shane & Gem look after Les’s legacy, and more recently Kyle & Ava(3rd Generation) have also joined the family business, ensuring that this gorgeous little family business continues to flourish.

Ava has also been signed to become a tradesperson, and has commenced her apprenticeship 2025, although for most of the time at the moment you will find her in the office, with customer liaisons, and expanding her product knowledge of the industry
